We also create a good relationship with your day-of vendors to make sure everyone is aligned in the timeline.

Event Management

Our Event Management Package is for the bride who has it all figured out. If you’ve done all the legwork, nailed down your vendors, and crossed your T’s & dotted your I’s, you’re ready for this. Now you just need to make sure your day runs smoothly, and we do just that for you!

Event Management includes two dedicated coordinators on site on wedding day and rehearsal.

What to expect: 

Our Event Management package begins about three months prior to your wedding date where you will have unlimited email communication with planners and assistants in making sure your vision runs smoothly with all vendors on your wedding day.

One month out from your special day, we will take over all communication with your vendors because the last thing you want is to be talking in circles with your vendors the day before your wedding.

Custom Planning

A middle package that includes all elements of the Event Management package and more.

Need more assistance during the planning phase? From the proposal, through your entire wedding planning journey, your two dedicated planners will be by your side.

Need help with managing your budget? Looking for ideas and ‘second opinions’ on the design of your wedding? We’ll step in about 6 months in advance of your wedding day to ensure we cover these essential details together.

Reach out as soon as you’re engaged and ready for planning support, as our business is in demand! We’ll work with you throughout the planning process and your dedicated planners will be there on your wedding day to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Full Service 

Our full service wedding planning package that is an all-inclusive experience.

With this package, we can plan your wedding anywhere! (Seriously, PLEASE have your wedding in Europe!). This is our recommended option for couples who live busy lives but want to have the wedding of their dreams, down to the details they’ve been dreaming about! We’re truly in the weeds with you throughout the entire planning process.
From touring your venue and finding your vendors to talking through your dream decor, we collaborate with you through each phase of the process.

What to expect: 

The Peony package includes all items from the Rose package in addition to vendor research, tracking RSVPs, extra client/vendor meetings and more.
Planners will assist in all aspects of the wedding from day one of planning through the last second of the night to make sure the hosts are at ease throughout the whole planning adventure.

We recommend booking this as soon as you get engaged, as we’ll need time to craft all the details!

For destination weddings, travel costs will be added to the investment.

What's included?

Are you on-site for the rehearsal?

Yes, your lead planner will be on -site to execute the rehearsal.

Do you provide vendor recommendations?

Of course! We will provide you with our list of suggested vendors plus any we feel may be a good fit specifically for you!

Who handles set up and take down?

We take care of all personal items such as seating chart, guest book, card box, photos, etc.

Do you handle communication with all of the vendors?

Yes - the package you book determines when the vendor communication will begin.

Can you just handle day-of coordination? I don't need a month of coordinator. 

It is best practice to have your event coordinator start on the details of your wedding day (including timeline, layout and making sure all of your vendors are on the same page) at least 90 days prior to the wedding day. It may seem like you may not need a coordinator prior to the actual wedding day, but trust us, you do!

My venue has a coordinator, what do you all do differently?

A venue coordinator is there to manage the venue itself (make sure the lights are on; the temperature is fine; the doors are unlocked, etc). We are more focused on you and your guests!
